Third Party

Loss of or damage to the Vehicle (including its accessories and spare parts while on the vehicle) by collision, fire, theft or other accidental cause.

Third Party Liability for injury to persons including passengers - no financial limit.

Damage to property - up to £5 million.

Costs of Legal Defence - unlimited cover for the costs of legal representation at an inquest or in court following an accident, including the costs of defending a charge of manslaughter or death by dangerous driving.

Emergency Treatment fees as required by the Road Traffic Acts.

Trailers and agricultural machines are covered automatically (with a limit of £5,000 each for loss or damage cover) while attached by any means to an insured vehicle. If a higher limit is required or if cover is required on trailers while detached, such trailers must be specified in the policy and full details included on the attached Proposal Form.

We don't cover:

UK registered vehicles
Vehicles that are based outside of the Isle of Man
Couriers, delivery drivers or any transport of third party goods
More than 3 additional drivers
Drivers under 25 years old
Grey imported vehicles
Heavily adapted, converted or modified vehicles without a conformity certificate or passed Isle of Man vehicle test.
