Express Claims designed to get you back on track faster

Our Express Claims service is available for personal and commercial property claims up to £3,500. By gathering all the necessary information at the point of notification, we aim to assess and settle eligible Expres Claims by BACS within 24 hours*.

Submitting an Express Claim

If you are insured through a broker, please contact them first. They will submit and manage your claim on your behalf, with our support.

If you are a direct customer of Intact Isle of Man, you can complete the Express Claims Form and email it to intactiom@intactinsurance.co.uk, or call us on 01624 645900 and our Claims team will assist you.

If payment is to be made to someone other than the policyholder, a Payment Authorisation Mandate must also be completed.

*Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
