Direct Claim

If you have a motor claim, please call 645900 and select option 1 for claims. Alternatively, if its out of hours send us an email at Intactiom@intactinsuranceisleofman.co.uk and we will call you back. We do this as no two motor claims are the same and this is the quickest way we can get you back on the road.

For an Express Property claim, follow the process on the claim form and send all the details back to us to action at Intactiom@intactinsurance.co.uk.

For other property claims, complete the claim form and submit along with the following,

• What has caused the damage – reason for the claim.

• Photos or a video, great to show us the damage/cause of damage.

• Report from your contractor on the cause of damage, invoices for any emergency repairs, if any have been carried out and what is required to repair the damage

• Any estimates or quotes will need to be itemised between materials and labour.

Send this back with the claim form to intactiom@intactinsurance.co.uk

We will do our utmost to make this process as slick as possible, but if you have something such as a water leak, address this immediately before you think about submitting a claim for subsequent damage.

Of course, if the damage is serious, call us straight away on 645900 option 1 and we will help.

If you have been unfortunate to suffer a large loss and would like us to pay your contractor directly, please complete the payment mandate below and send back to us at intactiom@intactinsurance.co.uk – noting your claim or policy number.

These can be complex. Complete the claim form in the first instance and send it to intactiom@intactinsurance.co.im. We will get in touch with you quickly to progress and discuss the next steps.
